A location fit for those wishing to explore the Lakes, whilst also experiencing Kendal's town centre. An allocated parking space is provided directly outside the cottage for convenience. Appointed to a high standard with underfloor heating, the sizeable open plan living space has a bespoke fitted kitchen, oven, hob, dining table, smart TV and double bed. Ensuite bathroom with luxurious shower. Large outdoor seating area with combi firepit/BBQ swing arm for you to relax.

The Mount - Kendal

The Mount is a newly refurbished stylish apartment that is part of No 10 Mount Pleasant, a former private girls finishing school. Mount Pleasant and The Mount building is over 200 years old. Situated in Kendal town centre (there's a two minute walk down the hill into town) the Mount is surrounded by local greens and parkland and to the west of the building boasts a beautiful golf course, fell and woodland for keen walkers. Within 100 meters there is a welcoming traditional drinking pub.

Braeside Studios- Garden View Room

Braeside Studios is a detached stone built building adjacent to our family home. We have 2 purpose built, self contained studios each with private entrance door, ensuite shower room, drying cupboard, mini breakfast kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle, toaster) and seating area. Both our rooms are clean and contemporary and focus of comfort and practicality. The garden view room has a double bed and the riverside room has a king sized bed. You are welcome to share our garden.

The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
