Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 7 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Det är nära till mataffär, golfbanor och Falsterbos idylliska centrum. På den stora skogstomten finns även en helt ny gäststuga som går att hyra. Parkering finns, samt cyklar för utlåning.

En kort promenad från charmiga fiskebyn Smygehamn ligger detta lilla hus vid kustvägen med stor grön trädgård och närhet till både hav och vackra landskap. Med sydkusten som sträcker sig i båda riktningar kan man enkelt ta sig till Malmö/Köpenhamn eller till Ystad och Österlens alla smultronställen med bil eller buss. Huset ligger ca 300 meter från havet. Ta ett besök dit och njut av havsbrisen!

Koppla av i ett ljust och rymligt boende på cirka 90 m² i lugna Skanör med Falsterbo. Här bor ni nära de fina sandstränderna och Falsterbo Horse Show, med egen entré, två separata sovrum, två badrum, välutrustat kök och ett luftigt allrum på övervåningen. Njut av den privata uteplatsen och, under sommaren, den grönskande gemensamma trädgården. Kostnadsfri parkering ingår. Boendet passar bäst för fyra gäster men har sovplatser för upp till sju.
