Det är 2 minuters promenad till en närbutik och lokaltrafik (buss 12 till Malmö city och 16 till Malmö Hyllie som tar er enkelt vidare med tåg till Malmö city, Lund, Helsingborg eller till Köpenhamn och övriga Danmark). Med bil tar det 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset.

Vi hyr ut vår mysiga lägenhet, som är en separat del av vårt hus med egen ingång. Endast 50m till strandlinjen. Lägenheten är 45 kvm och i anslutning till den finns ett uterum på ytterligare 50 kvm med pingisbord. Stort trädgård med både kvälls- och morgonsol samt tillgång till en stor barnvänlig pool på 40 kvm. I köket finns allt vad du behöver. Parkering . Naturen erbjuder närhet till fina skogar och hav och endast 10 minuters promenad till strandrestaurang och Höllvikens tennis klubb.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Our beatyfull house is located only 5 mins by car from Malmö center and 30 minutes to Copenhagen. Its easy to get around with public transportation. The house offers everything for the family with children in the age from 3 and upp, both inside and outside. Supermarket is just across the street (3 min walking) There is also a big park with training facility and running lanes. There are also many playgrounds in the area.

Close to Malmoe, Lund, Falsterbo and Copenhagen. 20 min drive to Copenhagen Airport and 10 min to Malmö.
