Lägenheten är 45 kvm och i anslutning till den finns ett uterum på ytterligare 50 kvm med pingisbord. Stort trädgård med både kvälls- och morgonsol samt tillgång till en stor barnvänlig pool på 40 kvm. I köket finns allt vad du behöver. Parkering . Naturen erbjuder närhet till fina skogar och hav och endast 10 minuters promenad till strandrestaurang och Höllvikens tennis klubb.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
