Our home is situated in a perfect part of town w/ a several minute drive to downtown! The property is several blocks away from the Sanford Hospital, USF & Augustana. Pet friendly & great for business travelers!! We are renting out two bedrooms, one private bathroom and the entire basement!! As a guest you have the ability to use all of the homes great amenities; private workspace, the kitchen, foosball, home theater w/ 65" TV, surround system & a fenced in backyard w/ a private deck!!

Deck has seating, table, grill, propane & fire pit & wood. There’s a porch perfect for sunrises or sunsets on Covell Lake. There is room for a car or 2 in the driveway. Continental Breakfast includes a Kuerig Coffee Brewer & Pods, Hot Tea, Sugar, Creamer, Cereals, Bread for Toast, Margarine, Jelly & Peanut Butter. Items may vary

The Bunkhouse Room #1

Cozy bunkhouse that will sleep 1 person comfortably per room with a twin sized bed, other common areas are shared by other guests that may book just minutes from Sioux falls in the country with goats, potbelly pigs and chickens. If one isn't available, check all other 3 listings. I do ask that everyone cleans up after themselves as this is shared to other guests. I do come in every morning to clean the common areas and take out the trash before I go to my full-time job.

Studio Room

Relax and enjoy this Studio at The Dakota. The room is fully furnished including linens & towels. It features a full-size refrigerator and Microwave with convection oven and kitchen cabinets so you can prepare your own meals. I live in a newer house with my boyfriend and 3 dogs! They are the sweetest and they love company. Our neighborhood is super beautiful and safe just about 3 miles from town. Pool and hot tub!
