Great place because it was close to downtown and a lot of other things to do. We loved the decor and how homey it felt. Sara was very kind and great with communicating.

Lisa’s place was very nice and relaxing. We liked that everything was labeled or “dummy proof”! She was very kind and accommodating to us with our slightly chaotic situation. Definitely recommend staying here and it’s also in a nice neighborhood within distance of many stores and restaurants! :)

The character of this home is awesome! They have thought of everything as far as amenities and detail in their decor. The beds, pillows and linens were all high end and comfortable! My friends and I had a blast celebrating my 40th birthday here, thanks for the memories!

When I walked in there was a couple items of concern that I communicated to Aaron and team. Faster than expected, those items were taken care of - thus the 5-stars. The house is wonderful and inviting. It had everything needed for a single Dad to use as a place to relax with his kids for the weekend. The Internet was super-fast so it was perfect for the kids to watch different movies at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped for me as a novice cook. My kids took the upstairs bedrooms while I had the basement bedroom. The team communicated very well to any request or notification I had. Overall, I would definitely pick this place again and strongly recommend it to others!!!!!!!

This is our second stay at the Farmhouse Inn. Both times we have invited 4 other couples for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We brought our own food drinks and cooked great meals and had a great time together. We watch UNL Volleyball and walked around the property. We went to Hartington and had good beer at the brew pub. They also had live music. It was a great trip. The house is great for 4 couples. The kitchen is the best of any airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Lots of plate, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils etc.... It is large and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable. The internet works well. The property is private and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents it self.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sanford Pentagon and this location couldn’t have been better. Easy drive, less than 10 minutes, to get to the tournament site which made it very convenient. Appreciated having a kitchen so we could prepare breakfast each morning and then have a place to pack snacks and lunch for the day. The hot tub was out of service when we were there, which was disappointing but Craig called and left a message that day with the update and explanation, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

I would recommend the Brady House to anyone. the house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows and anything else you need. and it was so nice to have a great washer and dryer., with soap provided. plenty of plates, glasses, pans and utensils in the kitchen. the house sits in a peaceful area. my family and I had a wonderful stay there, I wish it could have been longer. Kayla was always readily available also.

We had a great time! This place is so relaxing and peaceful, and if you're looking to really get away from things, this is your spot. At the same time, if you forgot something, it's easy to drive into town for the basics. Stephanie also has most of the essentials you'd need. The house itself was beautiful, exactly like the photos, and the surrounding landscape was even better than pictured. We also enjoyed spotting a variety of local wildlife. Stephanie was proactive, responsive, and kind. We'll definitely be back.
