Amazing place! Stayed multiple times!! 5 star!

Marie is a fantastic host! We've stayed here multiple times! Clean, attractive, and modern. Bistro downstairs, grocery store behind. Safe location in a Hallmark community. We love staying here when visiting Northwestern College. This is the place to stay!

Nice place to stay. Would stay again. Very reasonably priced. Host was very responsive. We booked an hour or two before arriving. No problems.

Older house that has been nicely renovated. Fully equipped for long-term stays. I was there 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay.

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

Great place to stay if you’re in the area. I highly recommend it. One of the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The neighborhood is quiet and you’re not to far from everything (Norfolk, NE)

Great place felt right at home!

Great place because it was close to downtown and a lot of other things to do. We loved the decor and how homey it felt. Sara was very kind and great with communicating.

What a wonderful host and beautiful home. Stephanie was the best in every area! She had homemade bread waiting for us after our long trip there. Toward the end of the week brought us more bread. The house was immaculate. The decor was cozy and warm. Great mattress’ and bedding. She had a pack and play and anything a baby would need ready for us. She also had sacks with crayons and coloring books for our granddaughters. 😘She was such a blessing to our family!!!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sanford Pentagon and this location couldn’t have been better. Easy drive, less than 10 minutes, to get to the tournament site which made it very convenient. Appreciated having a kitchen so we could prepare breakfast each morning and then have a place to pack snacks and lunch for the day. The hot tub was out of service when we were there, which was disappointing but Craig called and left a message that day with the update and explanation, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

This is an amazing home, and she is very nice about everything and understandable, also got to park inside the garage which is very nice for the vehicles! Amazing host would and will stay again! Completely private and easy!

Very cute little place in a nice neighborhood. Very clean! It was the perfect place to relax for the night and recharge before another day of exploring the awesome things Sioux Falls has to offer! The house was within 15 minutes of everywhere we planned to go. Highly recommend the Butterfly and aquarium, movie theater, Great Plains Zoo, and Big Sioux Burger restaurant next to the Falls. If we are ever in Sioux Falls again we will definitely check here first to see if it’s available. Thank you, Debra for having us!
