Country House perfect for Christmas

We have had a recent late cancellation for 23rd to 27th December. I've reduced the price. So many guests have said this is the perfect place for a family Christmas gathering. It's such a shame that it will be empty on Christmas day. We decorate the house tastefully with a tree, wreathes, candle table centres and sprigs of holly. We are just five minutes drive from J28 of the M5 so we are easy to reach whatever the weather. Its the best house ever for a massive game of hide and seek.

Funky, compact ,self cont cabin with excellent reviews, stoke canon nr Exeter. Safe off road parking, garden and country views. 10 min drive into Exeter/Exeter uni/St Davids train station. Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. Reg buses to Exeter/Tiverton village has a shop/Post office and pub that does food & Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and v private. Suitable for a couple/individual ( no kids or pets)
