Villa #1 is one of three villas on the complex, featuring a shared communal pool and outdoor lounge space. Inside, the bright and breezy living spaces are designed for calmness and relaxation. THE VIEW - MIDDLE DECK and THE VIEW - LOWER DECK are the other two separate and private apartments in the same building. The south coast of Barbados is the place to be for all kind of surf activities or just to relax. You will find surfers on the water when the waves are right and kite/wing- and windsurfers as soon as the wind is blowing.

The apartments are less than 10 mins drive away from Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. Each roof deck offers stunning ocean views, a pleasant sea breeze for relaxation.

Nikki's Apartment is a very nice and warm apartment constituted by a living room with sofa and harm chairs, table and 4 chairs; the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Two double bedrooms (with ceiling-fans and 2 windows each) with a double french bed and with 2 big single beds which can be set as a double king size bed. The bathroom is with toilette, basin and a big shower. Free Wi-Fi, gas, water, light, towels and bed linens..

Leeton-on-Sea (Studio 3)

Leeton-on-Sea's Studio 3 is a ground-floor, garden view apartment. The property itself is beachfront, with direct access to the beach through a gate. We are located on Barbados' South Coast. Next to Studio 3 is Studio 2, which is bookable through Airbnb. The rooms have connecting doors which can be opened if rented at the same time. Otherwise, they are securely locked. Studio 4 is on the 1st floor. The property is 15 minutes drive from the airport. People from all backgrounds are most welcome.

Dies "tiny house for 2" ist das perfekte hideaway auf unserer Lieblingsinsel: Baden bei Sonnenaufgang am kleinen Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, zum Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse sitzen, während der Wind durch die Palmen raschelt. Dann flugs Surfbrett, Badetuch oder Kiteboard gegriffen und ab ins Wasser. Nach einem herrlichen Tag dann einen Rumpunch als Aperitif und den Catch of the day im Surfers Bay Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft. We love it. Und Ihr sicher auch!

Lovely property right by the ocean with 2 independent studios; # 2 studio is on the ground floor exposed to the breeze coming from the east and can sleep 2 people; the bedding can be either a king size bed or 2 single ones, so please let us know in advance what you’d prefer; the unit has a/c, kitchenette, bathroom and a patio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
