The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
