Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

We have two chickens who are in a coop when we have guests - please be mindful they are visible and well mannered doggies are a must.
