This unique house is 7 minutes drive to Meadowhall, one of the largest shopping centres in the UK and 7 minutes drive to Rotherham town centre. It is also 10min drive to Wentworth House where there are animals, gardens, museum, maze, amusement activities for children and water reservoirs excellent for walks

The Old Rectory is situated in the centre of Dronfield in the 'village' conservation area and was re-built in the mid 1700's. The house contains many period Georgian features and is set in landscaped grounds of around an acre. From a safety perspective, it is not suitable for children under 12. Please note, we started renting the whole house out in May 2025. Any reviews before then refer just to the self-contained loft area in the House.
