One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Stareton Cottage near Stoneleigh

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors.
