The kids and I enjoyed ourselves. the weather was chilly so that was a bummer when it came to enjoying the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was freezing!!! But the property and the staff was amazing and attentive. I loved the stay and will be back!

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our 2 night stay - 4 adults-2kids / lots to do / close to Busch Gardens… The stay wax PERFECT !

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff and the pools are fun for younger kids. Jamestown beach about a 20 min drive, (river not the ocean) is especially nice, warm water and lots of sand.

Great location for what we needed, close to all options of food and grocery. Only 6 minutes from Boo Williams facility which was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with really nice neighbors. Ideal set up to have our dog with us as well. Loved BuckRoe Beach which was only 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Mina’s condo! She was an amazing host—always quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect, and we especially appreciated the clean, modern bathrooms and cozy living space. During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

Mike’s place was great for our annual Easter vacation. Mike was attentive and informative. The place was clean and spacious. It gave great views of the beach, and the back landing walk right on top the private beach that was a plus.

This place is a gem! Private home based that's only a few minutes' drive from downtown Richmond; not to mention a delicious, dog friendly cafe a walk down the road! We had a lovely stay and will be back again. Byron keeps this sweet spot in great shape for it being dog friendly. There is a laundry mat downstairs so you may hear occasional chatter and people getting in and out of their cars, but nothing bothersome.

Our stay at Tara’s was great. She was very responsive to my questions. The location was great and within 30 minutes of everything we planned to do. The amenities were within easy access. We used the indoor pool, the putt putt course, the playground, as well as the grills. Everyone had such a good time. Thanks Tara for everything! We would definitely love to stay there again when in that area.

I picked this place because of all the amenities it has to offer to keep my family entertained. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the check in and check out. There is so much to do just in the property it self that we cooked all our meals at the condo by shopping at local grocery stores. The place is so spacious and it really felt at home! The property is gorgeous! I had 5 children and 2 adults and not once did I feel like we were crammed or stepping over each other. There was so much room! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the in unit laundry. The outdoor pool is amazing and so peaceful! There is plenty to do and the PERFECT place to get some relaxation and quality family time. Beyond happy with my stay!

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.
