Sunset Lodge - cosy cabin in the Surrey Hills

Newly refurbished Sunset Lodge is a private, self-contained cabin set within our peaceful 1.2 acre garden and surrounded by fields, nature and views. We are located in the heart of the Surrey Hills, between the pretty villages of Shalford and Bramley and in an ideal location for access to the historic towns of Guildford (3 miles) and Godalming (1.5 miles). There is an abundance of countryside around the area with many beautiful walks and cycling routes from the doorstep and within a short drive

The Cabin

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & abundant wildlife. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink nearby. Happy to recommend.

Cosy Countryside Cabin

Cosy Cabin set in a lovely rural location amidst beautiful countryside 5 mins drive to the historic town of Guildford and the pretty market town of Godalming. Bramley and Shalford villages are close by with quintessential English pubs and cricket green, numerous country walks River and Lake only a short walk or drive from the cabin. Safe and secure in a large well maintained garden with Horse Chestnut trees and lovely views all around. Somewhere to completely relax with birdsong to awaken you.

Beautiful Grade II listed beamed cottage

If you loved “the Holiday” you will love this quintessentially English cottage! This gorgeous cottage is a timber-framed Grade II listed terraced property, protected as a building of special architectural and historic interest. The older part of the house, comprising the dining room and bedroom above, dates from the early 16th century. The cottage is beautifully decorated in Laura Ashley and is an absolute delight and has a lovely view of the pretty gardens and the picturesque Surrey hills.

Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Converted Barn in Shalford

Welcome. Situated in the Surrey Hills village of Shalford, the Barn is located off the A248 and is a stones throw from the Wey & Arun Canal. The Barn has recently been converted and provides comfortable living space and a upstairs bedroom. The Barn has all the modern amenties. Shalford Village includes two pubs, a village shop, Snooty's Cafe, Barbers, Boots, Post Office, Wine shop and a beauty parlous. Shalford is well connected with buses and trains to Guidford and other destinations.

The Snug at Lantern House

The Snug at Lantern House is a self-contained guest house set in the beautiful country garden of Lantern House. Surrounded by fields, this tranquil home is only 10 minutes drive into the centre of Guildford and a stone’s throw away from the stunning villages and countryside of the Surrey North Downs. Perfect for hiking, cycling or visiting friends and family in beautiful Surrey, but still only an hour’s drive to the coast and 40 minutes train journey from Guildford to London Waterloo.

Ty Bach

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊
