An eagles nest on the property is above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

Seahorse Cottage is a cheerful, light-filled, immaculately clean cottage that you will love to call your home away from home. Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center. Fantastic views of Resurrection Bay. Watch the sun come up over Mt. Alice while you enjoy your cup of coffee from the back deck, and catch the sun's last rays from the living room couch.

Mossy Spruce Lodging House

Welcome! This is our main home (September-May) on the property. We have a cottage located next door that is also used for guests during the summer months. The overall feel of our home is warm, inviting, and open. The spiral staircase is the focal point of the living space and is the gateway to the loft! There are two bedrooms on the main level (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), and 1 full bathroom. The loft has 1 queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom (tile shower). The square footage of the house is 950.

WWII Quonset Hut 4-Sunshine Hut-AK's Point of View

Looking for unique? This original World War II Quonset hut is on its original site. Newly remodeled inside and out with a complete facelift, it is comfortable and cute. Enjoy the charcoal barbecue on the back deck with views of Resurrection Bay and the surrounding mountains. The bedroom has a queen bed; the living room has two click-clack sofas that fold out into double beds. This charming lodging is located less than a block from the ocean and two blocks from the historic downtown.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits. Home to stunning Lost Lake Trail.

MountainTop Cabin

Our property is new construction that we completed in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

The Hali-hut

Steps away from the Mt Marathon trailhead and conveniently located between the harbor and all of the shops and restaurants of downtown Seward. Our cabin is a great mix of seclusion with access in walking distance to everything. New cleaning protocol in light of covid 19. A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.
