Owner has responded very quickly to any and all questions and was helpful in ensuring we were comfortable and well received. The apartment was clean upon arrival, Laundry Machines are GREAT. These appear to be very new. In the summertime, the balcony access would be a great place for early morning coffee or a quiet evening dinner. Recommend a smaller car than our huge rental Palisade as parking was a little tight for this monster of a vehicle. Otherwise, Parking is designated and secure. Area was easy to drive through although on Market days, we had to find alternate access roads. There are multiple ways to access the location so one is never blocked from accessing the apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay, everything was very clean. Felt like home, did not want to leave. Highly recommend this place for a long stay period or even short stay. Close to base as well.

퇴락해가는 유흥가에 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 통복시장 등 전통적인 시가지 중심지에 있습니다.

정말 깔끔하고 좋습니다 역도 가깝구요 재방문 의사 100% 입니다 ^.^

반지하지만 습하지않고 냄새도 안나서 좋았습니다. 넷플릭스, 유튜브등 OTT서비스도 되어있어서 시청하며 쉬기 좋았습니다. 주위에 가천대 및 동서울대가 있어서 맛집이 많고 물가가 싸서 밥먹기도 좋아 지리적 장점이 있었습니다.

여자친구와 강아지와 함께 항상 너무 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 침구류나 화장실등 항상 좋은 컨디션으로 관리를 잘 해주셔서 애용하게 되는것 같네요 다음에도 또 이용하겠습니다.

I had an awesome stay at Steve’s place. I was visiting Cheonan for the first time in seven years and Steve’s place was very close to a newer area with lots of great things to do. He was easy to communicate with and helped me with everything I needed. I will be happy to stay here again!

회사 출퇴근 때문에 잠시 숙박하였는데 만족하였습니다. 주차 공간도 확보해 주시고 많이 신경 써 주셔서 감사합니다. 조용하고 편한 분위기에 퇴근 후 숙소에서 잘 쉬었습니다.

숙소가 생각했던것보다도 훨씬 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다! 정수기가 있어 물을 따로 사오지 않아도 돼서 편했고, 바베큐 불도 피워주시고 상추랑 명이나물도 챙겨주셔서 너무 감동이었습니다🥹 방문해본 에어비앤비 숙소중에서 가장 좋았어요! 침구도 너무 깨끗하고 보송보송해서 집처럼 쿨쿨 잘잤습니다 ㅎㅎ 근처 가볼만한 축제도 안내해주셔서 감사했습니다! 다음에 또 다른 친구들이랑 또 방문하려구요! 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다😻

편안하게 잘 이용했습니다

집공사때문에 장기숙박했는데 상당히 쾌적하고 편했어요 방도 작지만 따로 구분되어 있어서 좋았고 창문도 커서 답답하지 않았어요 위치는 두말하면 잔소리~ 인근의 복층숙소보다 저는 훨씬 좋았습니다~

Sunhee is a wonderful host! I arrived late in the evening and got a bit turned around as I had been awake for 24+ hours, but Sunhee was immediately responsive and told me exactly where to go and made sure I entered the unit fine. The unit is quiet with plenty of room, and the area is walkable. It is located inside the CGV Sanghyeon cinema building, and Sanghyeon station exit 3 is a few steps away from the building. The next time I am in the area for work, I will definitely be reaching out to stay again.

호스트께 여러가지 질문을 많이 드렸는데 대답도 엄청 빨리 해주시고 너무 친절하셨어요. 숙소 위치가 정말 좋고 주변에 맛집들도 많아서 4일 내내 아주 편안히 잘 쉬고 놀고 갑니다. 강력 추천합니다!

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

지내기 편리하고 주변 환경도 매우 좋습니다

숙소가 아늑하고 거의 모든게 갖추어져있어서 장기 거주후에도 만족합니다. 걸어서 관공서들이 다있고, 근처 맛집들 쇼핑몰들이 모두 갖추어진 훌륭한 장소 입니다.

너무 편하게 잘 지내다가 가요. 호스트님께서 안내도 잘해주시고, 연락도 잘 받아주셨습니다. 집도 깨끗했습니다. 감사합니다.
