Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

The Crooked Farmhouse

Situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes, the Crooked Farmhouse is steps away from Hosmer Winery- one of the oldest wineries on Cayuga Lake and one of many in the Finger Lakes Region. The Crooked Farmhouse is dog and family friendly! A fenced-in, wide open backyard is great for frisbee or catch with the pup or the kids. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property of regenerative pasture, forest, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
