The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. We offer a complimentary bottle of cider and two vouchers for cider flights with every stay.

You will feel like Goldilocks as you stay in the shadow of the Historic Three Bears buildings in the heart of the Finger Lakes in the Village of Ovid. Beautiful patio area that overlooks Three Bears Complex. Updated and sparkling clean. One upstairs queen size memory foam bed. One downstairs queen size sofa memory foam bed. Upstairs bath w/ stand up shower. Full kitchenette. Washer and dryer. Walking distance to all village amenities.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Welcome to the Finger Lakes! This home is located in the rural town of Ovid. Located only five minutes from both Seneca or Cayuga Lake. Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca are all within a 25-35 min drive. This area is know for it's wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! The house is centrally-located, quiet, and a peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips.

Four miles east of Cayuga Lake, we are close to wineries, breweries, The Spa, and a short drive to local distilleries. Want to commune with nature? Enjoy time at the lake or one of our local swimming holes. If hiking is your speed, nothing beats a journey to the gorges of Ithaca. If local is what you want, we have it! Pets are allowed with a pet deposit!

Newly remodeled and fully outfitted bungalow, 3 miles from Geneva, across the road from Seneca Lake, and right in the heart of wine country. Peaceful country setting with the convenience of being near a bustling, walkable town, and two restaurants within a half mile. Owners affiliated with neighboring Roy’s Marina which offers access to kayak and boat rentals as well as launching and dry docking. Ideal for a weekend of wine and/or fishing.

Wine tasting base camp (Small dog friendly)

(One dog allowed) The cabin is located inside Sunset on Seneca Campsites, 300 yards from Lodi State Park and Seneca Lake. Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region you'll find numerous wineries within a 5 minutes drive. Within the campground that is home to nearly 150 seasonal campsites you will find a friendly family oriented community welcoming guest. We provide one free bundle of firewood each night if yours needs replenished.

The Old Whittier Library in Finger Lakes

Built in 1917 as the Lodi Whittier Library this lovely old building has been totally repurposed into a beautiful studio apartment. In the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine District, close to Watkins Glen, Trumansburg and Taughannock Falls State Park, Geneva and Ithaca; perfect for day trips to hundreds of local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, washer, dryer and WIFI. Extended stays are available.

Welcome to the Seneca Lake Loft! We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the Wine Trail between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes in the Village of Ovid, New York. Our Pre-American Civil War building boasts original brick, high ceilings and rounded archways. MUST BE ABLE TO DO STEPS. Within minutes of the loft are; wineries, distilleries, restaurants microbreweries and amazing lake views.
