We had a fabulous few days at Roy’s loft apartment. It’s exactly as described and Roy and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Clear instructions were provided for everything. We especially loved watching the birds in the garden, from the breakfast bar. The location is in a quiet residential area, but perfect for visiting the local and surrounding areas each day. Also lots of walks from the apartment itself. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Roy and Sarah.

Perfect location! Very clean and well kitted out. Comfy beds. One thing that is good to know, especially when travelling with young children, is that the property is split into several floors with stairs separating the smaller and larger bedrooms. No problems at all for us who have bigger kids. We loved the flat and the area. Close to shops, cool bars and restaurants. Katarina was a great host! Would defintively book again!

I've now past my first anniversary of being regular visitor to one of nigels apartments in cosham! Which should tell what amazing places they are to stay! I work in the area a few days a week - and these apartments remain to be a god send for somewhere to relax & rest at the end of a busy day/ week. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable - and always, alway a really good nights sleep! My go to when I'm working in Portsmouth!

Great location! Took the family to see Arundel Castle which is very close to the Flat. We were able to park right out front. The center of town is a short walk from the flat so it's easy access for dining out and enjoying a stroll through this wonderful town. The flat was clean and everything worked well.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Have stayed at Ali's properties before and always have a great stay. Spotless, spacious, stylish. Will stay at Ali's properties whenever in the area if available. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning property, super modern and very clean! Michael was fantastic start to finish. Super easy instructions to find & check in. Any questions we had over the weekend he would respond very quickly We didn’t want to leave! 5* will definitely be staying again

Simon was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed, easy and helpful. The whole house is new. It was very clean and well-stocked (not to mention the welcome pack of cookies and wine!). We could not have asked for a better location, 15 mins walk from the seaside. Overall a wonderful, clean place; we would have our New Year's here again easily!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

We stayed at the Lodge as we had a swimming competition over the Easter weekend. The Lodge worked perfectly for what we needed, close to the pool and provided the much needed space and time to relax. Paul was very quick to respond when had a couple of questions. I would recommend the Lodge for anyone wanting to visit Portsmouth.

House was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The welcome pack of bread cereals milk biscuits and more was a great surprise. No one wanted to leave a proper home from home.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

This penthouse is stunning. We wanted a quiet getaway for a family of 6 adults and this was perfect! The penthouse was immaculately clean, linen was of a high standard and the kitchen had all you could possibly need. We loved the balcony which was perfect for that first quiet cuppa. The penthouse is situated in the village and a short walk to the sea which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay and wish we had booked longer! Would highly recommend. Thank you to Sarah for making checking in and out seamless. A pefect stay.

super apartment with fabulous sea view. Great situation for Southsea and Portsmouth with everything in either walking distance or easy bus route. Great choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time.

We had a lovely stay here. Well situated for all that we wanted to do whilst in Ferring(visiting friends nearby) Comfortable beds. It was a cosy home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thankyou!

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

A great apartment in the centre of Chichester. A few minutes walk from the cathedral, shops and restaurants. Modern, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend away. A great host willing to recommend local restaurants and things to do.

Fantastic Airbnb, great communication throughout the process and the flat was extremely well equipped. Wouldnt hesitate to stay back there again if I was in the area.
