The apartment is located on a sunny hillside, on the edge of the forest and impresses with its huge window front and the 25sqm sunny terrace with a unique view of valley and forests. Many hiking trails can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the KuckucksLockennest. We have lots of excursion tips for you! The center of Seebach and the bus stop can also be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The thoughtful decorative elements which are color-coordinated with each other, round off the apartment. Designated hiking routes and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.
