My family and I stayed in the gorgeous cabin for Easter. We had a TON of unexpected snow and it was beautiful! Sitting in the spotless hot tub surrounded by snow is *chefs kiss*. Carissa was a fantastic host; super proactive/communicative and provides everything you could need for a weekend away in the pines! The game room phenomenal and came in clutch while being snowed in. We will definitely be staying here again, with one of our kiddos on the way to NAU! ❤️❄️

I would recommend this home for everyone if you’d love a beautiful getaway. Walking distance to some nice trails and very peaceful and quiet.

It was a great, quiet place to get away! Wendy was very helpful and even upgraded us free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.

Cabin was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. For a cabin, it was spacious and the furniture complimented the space very well. The only issue, that wasn’t really an issue per se was that the upstairs sleeping area was a little warm despite having two AC units in the cabin. However, it was not so warm that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. As far as the amenities/activities made available to the guests were great. There’s things for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoy our stay, the house is super spacious, we had everything that we needed there, we arrived during a winter storm and the moment we stepped into the house it was warm and cozy, it has some nice features like the playroom, hot tub, the living room drapes open by remote, you have a lot of outdoor space, lots of board games also, the kitchen it’s fully equipped, and everything was really clean, and it’s just 4 min away from the shuttle to Snowbowl.

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

Verde ranch was perfect for our AZ/Sedona vacation. it was 20-40 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. staff and other guests were very friendly and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Sylvia’s property was super clean and had the necessities in stock. Her attention to detail in decor with providing detailed instructions for usage of the amenities and quick responses to questions also made for a pleasant stay! This property was very peaceful, secluded from the city noise, and did I mention clean?! The property takes awhile to drive to from Payson so make sure you plan accordingly and have some patience. Lol But Once you get there the stress of daily noise just goes away. Thank you for a clean property, having tons of coffee pods stocked, books, firewood, and for providing an overall peaceful vibe Sylvia! You’re a great host! X

Great remote getaway, traveled to Grand Canyon and Sedona and was central to both places.

Great stay with my wife and two kids on our way to the Grand Canyon. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and easy to find. Our host was super responsive and attentive - thank you! Williams is a really cute town. You can spend a couple hours walking around dow town and checking out the old Route 66 vibes. My son watched a Little League game at the nearby field and had a blast. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this location. The window looking out to the trees was an incredible place to sit and watch the snow and birds and we couldn't believe how peaceful the environment was. The kids spent most of the time in the loft which had all the fun toys and games to keep them entertained. We went to Snowbowl and Williams as a day trip and both were easily accessible from the cabin. Everything was very clean and looked just as I expected from the pictures. The host was communicative and responsive and provided everything needed (including snacks!!) for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the cabin!

Brians place was perfection located just outide Sedona. Very picturesque! We felt right at home here. The kitchen was great ! Plenty of room to spread out. And Brian has everything you need to cook. One thing I would recommend is to have some cleaning products under the sink to be able to clean before and after. The yoga mats were a nice touch and we really enjoyed the record player too!

The Quail Cottage was the perfect location for the various areas we planned to visit. This is a well-styled, incredibly clean space that is cozy and had everything we needed. We especially loved the game room!

The house was beautiful and Mad was a great host! We were close to several locations so we were always busy!

SOTH is an absolutely stunning find. It's just 10' from Sedona, far enough off the highway to be convenient, but sooo quiet. The grounds are stunning. The river noise is lovely. The trails and views are stunning. This is a beautiful, peaceful stay. My kids and I had the best time exploring and then chilling on our porch and in the living room when indoors. We also took short trips to go horseback riding and mountain biking. Everything is right here! Yet, you've escaped the hustle and bustle and crowds.

This house was a lovely base camp for exploring downtown Flagstaff and the surrounding area. It's just a few blocks from downtown Flagstaff which we walked to every day to enjoy its restaurants, shops, and the Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival. The house itself is cozy with lots of spaces to hang out and is well stocked with kitchen equipment, blankets, games, books, etc. It's in a quiet neighborhood with great outdoor spaces and trees.

We really loved this little cottage!! It was really close to the downtown area and we were able to walk to most places we needed to!! There was a bit of food in the house which I thought was a nice touch and the back porch was perfect for star gazing! Would definitely return!!!!

We came into Sedona for an overnighter and luckily found Hikers Haven very last minute. Wow, what a great place,..but my only complaint would be that we only stayed one night in this gem! Super cozy, felt like a real home and had such a welcome feeling! Long range views on the way into the place were ridiculously beautiful. We spent most of our time in the backyard by the gas fireplace and fish pond. Visited the river, an easy walk, and the trip to Sedona is a short drive. We are from the east coast so likely won’t make it back here for quite some time but if we did we would stay here without any reservations. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

I love the views and totally enjoy walking to places in the sweet town. I feel very at home. Denise is very quick to respond and address any issues. I totally enjoy staying there and do feel so comfortable..

We stayed at Tim and Leisa's guest house for 2 nights in April 2025. Their place was exactly as described - great little "home away from home". Had everything we needed. Central to everything that you might want to do in Sedona and in fact our first hike (Teacup Trail) was literally only minutes away from the front door. The neighborhood itself is very nice - quiet and very walkable. You are also only minutes away from a host of food/shopping options so everything is very convenient in that regard. We would absolutely stay with Tim and Leisa again our next time visiting Sedona.

Lisa’s guest house was such a wonderful experience. With a private hiking trail as well as all the wildlife you can see. We saw quail, blue jays, coyotes, and of course the javelina! Lisa left water bottles and apples as well! They were super great communicators leaving us guidebooks, hiking trails, restaurants and Activities in Sedona. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Our stay in Sedona was brief but this house made our stay amazing. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. All of the furniture was comfortable to relax on. This home was one of the cleanest ones that we have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular as well. We did not have the opportunity to hike the trails near by but they looked like they would be great. West Sedona is quiet and away from the noise and road congestion. I would recommend this home to everyone.

We loved our stay in Eric’s place. The cottage is so peaceful and we loved the outside space to enjoy breakfast outside listening to the birds. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom was high spec. Everything had been completed to a high standard and we enjoyed relaxing in the cottage of an evening. Kitchen had everything we needed for prepping breakfast and lunch. Would recommend for any stay in Sedona, worth the money.
