You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

You will also be within walking distance to the downtown area, where many local favorites are located. You will be right where you need to be, for all things HU related. You will also find a Starbucks within walking distance, as well as a restaurant right outside your back door.

Enjoy our cottage on the corner! There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.
