In The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers & anyone wanting peace.

Crossing Retreat - Beautiful barn with pool table

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

New Lane Cottage is our little thatched bolt-hole located on the edge of the Worstead Estate, at the end of a wood-lined drive. Enjoy peaceful seclusion, with a sun-soaked patio and BBQ for the warmer months, and a private hot tub all-year-round. Guests are welcome to enjoy walks across Worstead Park, before snuggling up in front of the cosy wood burner. PLEASE NOTE that due to the narrow steep staircase we do not recommend this cottage for those with mobility concerns, or with children.

This little barn has the luxury of home from home features ensuring you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Coltishall has 3 great pubs, cafes, a butcher shop, a local shop, garage, pharmacy and an Indian and Chinese takeaway. The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
