A very, very large living area, close to Watkins Glen racing, wineries, state hiking trails and watersports on Seneca Lake. Pets are welcome downstairs.

This private and spacious three-bedroom suite fills the second floor of an historical Federal home, c. 1835. It is furnished with period antiques. Up a wide staircase, the space offers three large bedrooms with a shared bath (with a shower and a tub), a cozy sitting room with coffee and tea, and a library. An outdoor garden patio is available for picnics. The antique shop (in a doric temple building) is a quick walk through the garden. A fourth smaller bedroom can be available upon request .
