The Guest House near Shequaga Falls & Seneca Lake

Our home is a 430 sq.ft. guest house which we have lived in and enjoyed for the past year while renovating our 1842 farmhouse which is located next door. We are centrally located to many tourist attractions and small walkable towns including Watkins Glen, Horseheads, Montour Falls and Corning. We are located 25 minutes from Corning Glass Museum and 9 miles to the Seneca Lake wine trail. If you love to walk, bike, hike, shop, eat, drink, browse antiques or sit by waterfalls then come visit us!

Wolf Den Private Suite and Dock

Your stay here will be relaxing and peaceful in a private and spacious suite with a private dock & kayaks. Located in Hector, you’ll be surrounded by wineries, breweries and farm to table dining. The bnb is located on the second level of unoccupied storage space but your entry requires just two steps as seen in the photos. The path to the lake is well lit a 60-90 second walk. I live between the bnb and the lake so I’m available at all times. Please read “The space” below for all the amenities.

Waneta Lake View Loft

Beautifully hand-crafted rustic upstairs studio loft built from lumber right off the property. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the northeast end of Waneta Lake. Only 2 miles to Keuka Lake and 15 min to Seneca Lake. Close to many wineries/breweries. Comfortable queen bed in its own bedroom, also two twin beds. WiFi and TV w/Roku. Deck off the main entrance. Close to Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, and Corning. Located directly behind owners residence. Lake access for fishing/kayaking.

Welcome to our Guest house.(Klines Cottage) Our Guest House is the perfect place for 2 or a family of 4. If your 2 adults looking to explore the Finger Lakes. This is the place to stay. With the wine trail at your finger tips. If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.

Our Cottage

Our Cottage has all the amenities you need, on the inside there is a TV, Airconditioning, Full Master Bed, Fold out Sofa Bed, Refrigerator, Heat, Stove and more. Outside you have a gas grill, private on shore picnic table and fire ring right on the shore of Lake Cayuta. Get up in the morning and watch the Eagles and Osprey fish for breakfast. Fish right from shore or launch you boat, roast smores over your fire ring, dance to live music or join in on Karaoke, make new friends!

Finger Lakes/New Private Entry Suite 2-4 guests

NEW! Available for longer wine country stays. Minimum 3 nights. A private entrance space, with bedroom, living room, full bath with shower/tub, simple kitchenette, small eating area (microwave/fridge/sink) .Walk to Seneca Lake. Bike the country-side. May accommodate up to 2 additional family/friends. Children must be 12 and older. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. 3-night minimum, ideal for one week stay; discount off base price for one week stay.
