Me and my friend loved staying at Ann Marie’s place! She is so sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home + gave us great recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The rooms and bathroom were so clean and she provided us with everything we needed for our stay as well as stuff for the beach. Great place to stay if you’re in Navarre and especially great for young female travelers like us! <3

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It is so close to OWA, the Tanger Outlets, and the Beach Express which goes straight to Orange Beach. We were very comfortable, it was very clean, and the hosts were always quick to respond. We will definitely recommend to friends or family. Thanks again!

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail was incredible, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. Our family had a great stay! We loved the kayaks and the neighborhood of the house. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful and the neighbors were all so nice and friendly. We all loved the layout of the house which all gave us all enough room and all the natural light that came through the windows was very nice also. Everyone enjoyed gathering in the sunroom to lounge and play games whether it was in the daytime or at night. We actually visited several beaches while we were there so that was nice too!

They were lovely host. they made us feel right at home it was very accommodating peaceful and nice. Teresa was wonderful she was amazing so friendly so warm and so down to earth. She answered all questions conversation was great she was just very lovely. Couldn't have asked for a better host if I tried. My husband and I will definitely be back to Pensacola and if Teresa and Shane's listing is available that is definitely where we will be staying. even with all our fiasco that we had going on she's still was very helpful and responsive and that made a big impression in my eyes.

This was one of our favorite stays so far. We were evacuating from Hurricane Milton and this location was exactly what we needed. It was clean, beautifully and simply decorated, we felt right at home. We needed to extend our stay, and Evolve was very helpful and took care of all the details. We hope to return for a pleasure stay in the future.

The rental was so cute! The perfect little studio for a weekend beach getaway!! The place was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view, we will definitely be visiting again!!

Phenomenal view! Unit was very clean. Plenty of towels, full size toiletries, and even lotion! Bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets. Would 100% book here again. The employees were all polite. Tips for next visitors- 1. Tom Thumb (convenience store) is half mile away. Great walk. You can buy beach towels here (none are supplied). We bought beach blankets- cheaper & we liked them better as souvenirs. 2. Don’t bother packing toiletries- they supply plenty. Use those travel containers for cooking oils, etc., if you plan on cooking there. 3. Beach service is nice; however, it ends at 5 and tear down starts around 3. Maybe this is seasonal, but if you buy those beach blankets from Tom Thumb, it’s no big deal. 4. There’s an awesome Breakfast place that’s walking distance- maybe 1/4 mile. Beautiful views there, as well as some delicious French toast. 5. Do the touristy things. Take a dolphin sightseeing tour. Eat at Floyd’s Shrimp House.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Such a wonderful condo in a superb location. Everything was as advertised. Wonderful location, wonderful view, wonderful weather; we couldn’t ask for anything more. Check-in and checkout instructions are clear, concise, and straightforward. No, perfection isn’t possible, but our stay in Todd’s place was pretty close!

Had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had multiple amenities! The owners are responsive and very communicative ! *this has nothing to do with the place* but just a fair wanting to those coming here the restaurant downstairs is pretty terrible! Would not recommend but toehe good places around are great!

Loved the stay. Great views of the pool and the Gulf. The room was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with great appliances and the tools to make meals. The pool and beach supplies were very handy. Also had beach toys for children, but we were all adults. I would recommend this listing to all my friends.

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely great! Very clean and specious and the amenities were great!

My family had a blast here and we can't wait to come back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be right on the beach, and the pool was a great temperature for the cooler weather that we had.

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.
