Cozy, comfortable, and great stay! Lovely cottage-like feel. Nice balcony with refreshing views. Super clean. Hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Will definitely return. Wish I spent more time in the lovely private garden. Great to meet Micky and Steven!

Wonderful place to stay. Great hiking right out the door and delicious restaurants very close! Natalie and Eugene made everything very easy and the place was spotless. Hope we’ll come back some day!

Perfectly positioned near everything you could want in Walnut Creek...movie theater, brunch, brew house. Honestly the best location you could ask for. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Not much else you can say other than the word surreal. What a peaceful and stunning environment. Keep in mind you should definitely rent a car if you stay here, but it’s not too far from many incredible and unique towns in the area. If I could give this a 10/5 I would. An extra perk is having Hazel the cat come visit you at various points in the day. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. We had the best time and will be recommending this to anyone that tells us they want to visit Sanoma.

The carriage house was perfect for 2 people. We loved watching the chickens in the yard and petting Navi, their friendly cat.

I absolutely loved Sue's quiet, adorable cottage in Oakland. It was everything I wanted and more. She adds special touches that are above the normal expectations. There were snacks for us upon arriving too tired to go to the store. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. All amenities you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen and all very clean. Thank you Sue for sharing your home with us.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean, modern garden apartment. The check in and check out instructions could not have been more clear and concise. The location is fantastic - nestled on a lovely street a mere 10 minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus and all the many restaurants and other amenities that Berkeley has to offer. The space was spotless and modern, yet homey. We are greatly looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice and well-stocked place to stay! Thank you for hosting us. 😁

I had never been to the area before and they gave detailed, curated recommendations for our group. I visit the Berkeley area often and chose Kate’s place because of the proximity to my destination. I enjoyed how private the Airbnb felt while still being so close to restaurants and shopping. In previous reviews others had mentioned the temperature of the home but I had no problems at all. As long as you follow the very simple instructions from Kate, the home is as warm (or cool) as you wish it to be. The soaking tub was so relaxing and sitting by the fireplace was the perfect way to end each day . I did not cook while I was there but can attest that Uber Eats and Door Dash found the home and door with ease. I would definitely stay here again.

Jon's place was perfect for a quiet cabin getaway. The view out the window was beautiful and the cabin was very clean and cozy. It's perfect for a day of hiking and then an evening of relaxing in front of the fire. Would definitely come back.

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

The home was laid out well for our expanded family. The bathrooms were large and updated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the view and the quick walk to the coastal walking trails. Our hosts were very attentive and provided lots of detailed information so that we could enjoy our time.

Second stay at this beautiful location in this beautiful home. My only disappointment was our stay was too short. I accidentally left my jacket behind and Renee was kind enough to go out of her way and send it to me.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

We had the best stay in San Francisco thanks to finding this apartment! The views are stunning and you can see all the best of SF from the windows. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and lovely and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and artistic we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely return. This was our second time staying in Kate’s condo and it was once again perfection. The unit is so beautifully decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout - plenty of linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and more!
