Santa Margherita Ligure: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

El departamento es muy grande y bonito, tiene unas hermosas vistas de la vegetación y más casas coloridas. Cuenta con todas las comodidades. Además, la host fue muy amable y detallista con nosotras. Muy recomendado 👍🏼

Alloggio incantevole con un affaccio mozzafiato su Camogli. La casa è affacciata direttamente sul mare con due finestre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et profité des nombreux sites touristiques à proximité ave plaisir. Virginia est une hôte très cordiale, riche de conseils précieux et utiles pour la région. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien agencé et bien décoré.

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum, nahe des Meeres. Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie (alle drei Kinder 17 Jahre und älter) hier und haben es sehr genossen. Elisa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, mit Spezialitäten der Region und einer Flasche hervorragendem Prosecco. Sie war sehr flexibel bezüglich unserer Ankunft und hat uns alles gezeigt. Sie hat uns tolle Tips und Hilfe gegeben. Elisa hatte uns empfohlen, mit dem Zug anzureisen und das wäre (wenn preislich zu fünft nicht viel teurer als das Auto) wirklich besser gewesen. Mit dem Auto in der Stadt und auch in den umliegenden Orten ist es wirklich äußerst schwierig. Wir haben immer gerade noch einen Parkplatz auf dem von Elisa empfohlenen Parkplatz (10 min zu Fuß entfernt) gefunden. Es empfiehlt sich auch, für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen, da es eben mitten drin liegt und nicht gerade leise ist ;) Besonders gut haben uns die vielen kleinen Cafés und Bars gefallen, sowie der Markt, und ein paar der anliegenden Orte. Sabrina è un'ospite davvero gentile e premurosa. Ti fa sentire a casa. L'appartamento è in un palazzo signorile, e vedere il mare dal balcone è sempre una emozione. La posizione strategica: zona semicentrale con servizi di ogni tipo. E poi il posto auto dedicato semplifica non poco il soggiorno. Grazie ancora per tutto!

This is a beautiful flat furnished with gorgeous furniture! Silvano and Clara are the most gracious hosts we have ever met! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and caring. The flat is spotless - it is the cleanest Airbnb we have had the pleasure of staying in. It is located on an adorable pedestrian only street, steps away from the main promenade where there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The BEST bakery in town is 25 feet from the apartment too (get the focaccia). Silvano and Clara were so helpful, we felt like we were welcomed into a friend’s home. We highly recommend this flat - for a first class experience, look no further - this is it! We will be back!

Appartement charmant avec une vue mer. Tout est propre et conforme à la description. Paola et son mari nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée et ont été très réactifs lorsque nous leur avons posé des questions. Le garage est un plus. Le centre ville est à 5min à pied et la gare qui dessert les 5 terres, ou Gênes, Portofino à 15min à pied. Top, je recommande !!!

We enjoyed our 7-night stay at the GreenHouse. It's in a convenient, central location within Centro Storico, walkable to pretty much everything. Countless good restaurants, some that are literally right on your doorstep, and the rest within a 10 minute walk. The property is cozy and well supplied with everything you need, as well as some generous welcome amenities like fresh trofie al pesto and local desserts. Definitely above and beyond most Airbnbs. To nitpick: it's a little dark inside, but about what we expected from the caruggi of Genova. The main bed is on the small side for two people and could be slightly more comfortable, but on par with most Airbnbs in the price range. And there is a bit of noise - being in the bustling Centro Storico, as you would expect. Giulia was a great host; she welcomed us personally, showed us around the flat and gave helpful recommendations. Really enjoyed the stay overall, would return!

Appartamento veramente grazioso, curato nei dettagli, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Zona centralissima e tranquilla, comoda per visitare la città. Grande disponibilità da parte della proprietaria per il check in. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della scelta.

È stato un soggiorno molto gradevole! L'unico problema è stato avere male ai piedi per quanto abbiamo camminato, e le due rampe di scale a fine giornata mi hanno sempre dato il colpo di grazia 😂 Alloggio veramente comodo per raggiungere il porto antico (dove c'erano i nostri punti di interesse) e veramente ricco di posti dove poter andare a mangiare. Mi ha sorpresa la colazione piuttosto costosa (manco fossimo in Piazza San Marco a Venezia!! 😅) fatta al Caffè degli Specchi...ma pazienza 🤷🏻‍♀️ Meglio senz'altro quella fatta al bar in Piazza delle Erbe 😉 Un plauso a Giancarlo che è sempre stato molto disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, in breve tempo! Molto consigliato!!

Siamo stati 2 giorni presso il appartamento di Tamara. Fin da subito lei si è dimostrata molto gentile e ospitale. 10 min di camminata eravamo sulla spiaggia. L’appartamento era squisito, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Consiglio assolutamente a tutti che vogliono passare qualche giorno a Rapallo.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Paola e Silvia host e ci-host molto disponibili e accoglienti. Monolocale curato ed accogliente; a disposizione anche tutto quello che serve per una prima coccola mattutina con caffè e biscotti. Appartamento adiacente alla zona porto, per noi fondamentale in quanto il soggiorno era finalizzato alla visita all’acquario di Genova. L’appartamento è effettivamente raggiungibile con 30 gradini impegnativi ma assolutamente fattibili. Soggiorno piacevole !

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Appartement très confortable et très propre. Emplacement idéal. Carla est une hôte très sympathique et très arrangeante.

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo e completo di tutto l’appartamento di Rita è super consigliato. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti senza mai udire schiamazzi o rumori molesti. Ottimo il terrazzo con vista sulla piscina utilizzato più volte per cenare in piena tranquillità.

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’environnement est magnifique et on nous a proposé la suite qui était libre au lieu de l’appartement initialement prévu . Très bien équipée et accès direct à la piscine. Au calme et sans vis à vis avec une vue incroyable . Nous recommandons fortement.

Illarias Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz, sie hat eine gemütliche Terrasse und dazu gehört ein gepflegter Pool zum Schwimmen. In ca. 15 min. erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Altstadt von Sestri L, der Bahnhof ist in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Illaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat den Check-In und Out einfach und komfortabel organisiert, hat interessante Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Illaria.

Hosts are welcoming and easily approachable! The apartment is actually better than it seems in the pictures. Beach, ferry and restaurants are within 10 mins walking distance. The place is a real gem!
