Wir waren 3 Tage im schön und gut ausgestatteten BnB von Steven. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Zimmer und im hübschen Garten. Ausflüge in der Umgebung waren einfach dank der guten Anbindung an den HW 101. wir werden wieder kommen.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of four, including two toddlers. The house was spotless, quiet, and just the right size—plus, it was super cute and cozy. The location couldn't be better: walking distance to the beach and plenty of nearby spots, and just a short 10-minute drive to places like State Street and the Public Market. James was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I’m already recommending this place to all our friends and family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

The accommodation is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We found every aspect of the house to be first class. One of the best airbnb's we have ever stayed in - it's obvious that a lot of thought has been put into making it as comfortable as possible. The outside spaces to the rear and side of the house are beautifully laid out. You could spend a few days without having to go anywhere else! We stayed in the main house with my son while our daughter stayed in the adjoining annex. She was completely happy with this arrangement and it's completely secure. If you have time i recommend a 10 mins drive out to Harmon Canyon - the hiking trals there are superb. All in all a really nice place.

Clean space , felt like home & very private area . Host made it very easy for check in and flexible with the check out hours . I would recommend and would stay again !

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

Amazing place!! Love the surroundings and felt very private! The host is very friendly and gave us a full bottle of white wine, and of course we killed the whole bottle :p The surroundings property has 2 German shepherds making us felt safe in the property (Doggy also friendly too and my wife pet them for so long! one of the best experiences we had. Definitely recommend to friends!

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Beautiful home! Conveniently located off the freeway. It was an easy walk down to the beach or shops and dining! The house is stunning, comfortable beds, and charming outdoor space.

Sarah was communicative and her place was exactly as described. A beautiful, cozy sea-side cottage vibe and the sparkling water and cookies were a sweet touch. We will definitely be back!

We had a luxury 5 star experience. It’s the best lodging I’ve stayed in Airbnb so far. Heather paid great attention to every detail which was impressive. The photos on Airbnb did not do the rooms and kitchen justice as they were even more beautiful in person. Anything and everything you could think of was available for our comfort. Location was wonderful to take a long walk on the beach or walk the dog in nearby park. Parking is behind the building going up the side of the building, a little tight but fit our 5 seat large SUV well. Would easily stay again if available in future.

Liz's condo is perfect for a Santa Barbara getaway!

This was my best Airbnb experience ever. Listing was spot on. Living space is like out of a magazine. Ideal walking location, and gorgeous safe neighborhood. Not a tourist location. Made our vacation.

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in Carpinteria at Jennifer's and Tommy's who also have the sweetest dog called Cub. The bedroom was cosy, had enough space and an extremely comfortable bed. Bathroom was immaculate with toiletries available if required and water pressure was brilliant in the shower. Jennifer and Tommy gave us plenty of fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, places to visit and all other amenities. They could not have been more helpful and even kindly ensured after a night of enjoying the local brewery provided us with some much needed water and painkillers in the morning! There was plenty of free parking that was close to the property and the area felt very safe. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carpinteria and were sad to leave as we wished we could have spent more time enjoying all of the beauty and delights of the area. Our accommodation felt like a home away from home! Thank you again for such a memorable stay!
