My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were easy to communicate with leading up to check in. Parking was convenient and abundant, and it was easy to get in through a private entrance. The place itself was cute, clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

Excellent place for our extended family. The main room is big enough for everyone to hang out together comfortably, plus there is an enclosed sunporch where you can take business calls. I was a little concerned beforehand about one jack-and-jill bathroom for two bedrooms/eight people, but with all the other bathrooms in the house it worked out fine. The young kids loved the farm animals on site. The owner Laurie responded quickly to all questions.

This house was very clean, private, beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels for our party of 6, great coffee and the yard was so nice!!

Your home met our family’s needs very well. Thanks for your flexibility and responsiveness during our stay. We enjoyed Santa Barbara, and the location of the home made it easy to travel to all the sites and areas that interested us during our stay.

Loved this home !! It’s in such a great location. Completely walkable to downtown and beautiful cozy environment. Amy was so wonderful in providing recommendations while also creating a private space for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Santa Barbra.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

This is a charming and cozy home that has everything you need for a quiet place to nestle that is close enough to walk to the beautiful Butterfly Beach and the great shopping and restaurants on Coast Village Road. The gate provides privacy. The landscape in the front is very serene. The backyard with its fire pit and comfy sectional are relaxing. We ate dinner outside quite often because it's just so peaceful and lovely, especially at night. Definitely a place we'll come back to!

We found our two night stay at Surf-Rock-House to be very pleasant. The house is absolutely spotless and well maintained being newly updated. Both beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The location is close to downtown Ventura, the Botanical Gardens and Harbor and 20 minutes to Ojai. The outdoor areas were private and inviting. If we are ever fortunate enough to visit this area again we would definitely stay at Jessika’s.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Such a great place. Amazing location, exactly how described, super clean and very comfortable. Maureen's communication was clear, friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome note and the rosé and alllll the extras that Maureen provided ---anything you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen plus dog treats and lollypops! Amazing location--great coffee places and restaurants to walk to plus the Mission. Super quiet and a totally cute complex. And a 12 minute drive to see our son at UCSB. PERFECT! We were fortunate to chance upon the Magnolia Cottage when we were looking for a place in the Lompoc area to spend a weekend with our greyhound. Harvey's listing stood out as being the right place for us. Harvey's property is very well located, and it also has a unique charm of a Victorian house with an English style garden! Right from the first interaction which was very prompt, Harvey made sure we had all the information we needed to have. To add to that, Harvey was a gracious host and gave us a tour of the Victorian parts of the property and the gardens. During our stay he alerted us that there was a missile launch scheduled from the nearby Vandenberg SFB and thanks to Harvey, we got to witness the launch as a bonus! For anyone visiting the Lompoc area and looking for a charming place to stay, we recommend Harvey's!

We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. It’s the only place we stay when we come to SB now. The location is amazing, the house is charming and comfortable. And Sandy is a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

3-Dux is an exceptional place! Located adjacent to everything — State St shops, Funk Zone wineries, the beach and pier. The suite charming, comfy, and welcoming. Kitchen with everything, washer & dryer, TV with lots of options, comfortable bed, quiet nights. And wonderful concierge-host. Best place we’ve stayed in Santa Barbara.

Natalie was a great host with a fantastic place. Reserving with her was super easy, she was incredibly communicative, and incredibly flexible before, during, and after the booking. Our Airbnb was easy to find, VERY clean and lovely, and VERY close to just about everything in Ventura. This is my new go-to stay whenever I’m in Ventura.

This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

This was my best Airbnb experience ever. Listing was spot on. Living space is like out of a magazine. Ideal walking location, and gorgeous safe neighborhood. Not a tourist location. Made our vacation.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

Good spot, no complaints: great communication, great beds, good shower. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Amazing stay. Close to town. Clean. Great check in and communication. Will be staying again!
