The property - an amalgam of Local, modern, ground floor set into the hill, and traditional Norwegian - and was designed and built by the owners, completed in 2011.

The flat is literally just around the corner from the fantastic Rendall's Bakery, the Willow's Chinese Takeaway and chip shop, and the Wellpark Garden Centre and Willows Coffee shop!
