Located only a few minutes away from downtown San Rafael, where there is an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is also walking distance from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Guesthouse comes with a queen sized bed (Saatva mattress), pull out sofa, and a kitchenette. Beautiful cozy oasis that you won't want to miss! 40 mins from wine country and 25 mins from SF.

Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Redwood Sanctuary Oakland Hills

Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Please do not order food to be delivered. Check in 6pm but can drop luggage after 12 noon, if arranged IF you are PICKY, please rent a HOTEL. Max weight for the bed is 300, please. Just bought a NEW MATTRESS in Nov. 2020. Separate keyed entrance and private bathroom w shower.

We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
