This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Erik è un Super Host, ci ha accolti in maniera calorosa e si è preoccupato di tutto anche del tour….addirittura ci è venuto a prendere il giorno dopo appositamente per accompagnarci al punto di imbarco… ci ha messo a disposizione 2 biciclette e uno scooter! Tutto il personale del condominio è stato super gentile….ci ha indicato ristoranti e tassisti di fiducia. Il condominio ha la piscina zona solarium e zona barbecue! Consiglio vivamente Erik!

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

An absolutely lovely place to stay. Walking distance to everywhere . Peaceful surroundings and a real feel of Mexico . There is a fabulous Italian restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Rene

We had a fantastic stay at Victor’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away on a peaceful street. Victor was a thoughtful host and provided beach gear, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Fabulous! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the floating bed each morning with a local Ah cocoa coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer! Karina went above and beyond to help us with what we need. We felt relaxed and loved being on the balcony each night and morning before we went out adventuring. A day trip to Tulum ruins and beaches are well worth the 45 min drive. The recommendations Karina gave us for breakfast were wonderful! El gober on the corner had delicious tuna tostadas and spicy mango margaritas. We’d love to stay here again! The shower water pressure was light but still did the job and was very relaxing. Thank you for everything!

Our stay at Villa Mariposa was absolutely perfect! This beautiful, spacious home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities a family needs for an enjoyable vacation (pool, hot tubs, hammocks, bikes, pool table, ping pong table, yoga equipment, etc). The kids really enjoyed the local wildlife visitations! The Villa is located in a safe, quiet gated community only 10 minutes away from Xplor, Xcaret and many other activities. There are also a couple of cute, little restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very friendly, welcoming, always available and very helpful in arranging events and transportation for our group. The daily maid staff was also very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful home again next year.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

We stayed at this beautiful casa for three months, and it truly deserves five stars. The property was stunning, with gorgeous gardens that made spending time outdoors a real pleasure. The hosts were fantastic- always friendly, attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

Place was amazing, it's my second time there and would stay again. I definitely recommend this place, it's as described!

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Stayed at this place in the past and it’s never disappointing. Smack in the middle of everything. Rooftop is nice and clean. Spacious and clean rooms. Effective communication and close to all good spots - Martina. Mamitas. Coralina. Beach. Good restaurants

Perfect for our family visit. Ana Paula was very communicative and helpful both as we planned our visit and once on island. It was so nice having Martha greet us and be available during our stay as well. Many great restaurants nearby, especially loved La Cuisine for their vegan offerings. And, have to mention the brand new Pickleball courts, PikaPok that are within walking distance. Snorkeling, a visit to the Mayan ruins and the gorgeous east side, and a day at Buccanos made this trip a happy adventure. Thank you!

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

Great location in the heart of Playa. Easy walking distance to most places but off of the primary pedestrian area so not a lot of foot traffic in front of the building. The unit itself was full of charm. Only access is a spiral staircase up two flights. Very manageable, but be aware if you have heavy or bulky luggage. Instructions were detailed and communication was rapid. Music from local bars does go late, so keep that in mind. House itself was really nice with three large bedrooms split over two floors. Handyman/helper was fantastic (but it really helps if you speak Spanish). Thanks again.

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
