The apartment is lovely and walkable to many attractions. Felt right at home and safe. Manuel is helpful and clear with the check in and out instructions. Would recommend this.

Great spot, super clean, great location, super friendly host, public parking near it, will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Veronica was a great host from start to end, with very useful recommendations. The place was great, very clean and just like the photos. Notice that one of the rooms isn't completely isolated, as the wall it shares with the kitchen/living room is not closed until the ceiling. It is as the photos but I didn't notice before booking. It wasn't an issue for us but keep in mind that whoever sleeps there will have some light (there are no shutters in the kitchen window) and will hear the tv if it's on. The crib, baby bath tub and baby high chair were great (the only con was that the chair didn't have a belt). It's very close to Aldi (walking distance) and Mercadona (better by car). And it has some great restaurants nearby. We didn't use the bus but its stop is supposed to be in walking distance. The metro station (4 stops until the city center) has free parking but as every free parking it may be hard finding a place to park. The garage of the apartment was great and easy to park.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Walkable to lots of good restaurants and bars as well as the cultural side of Seville. It’s a spacious apartment and the living area was perfect for everyone to be in. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms spotless with a nice touch of Rituals toiletries. The only negative thing I would say is the front bedroom is quite noisy at night. Seville is a fabulous city and we will definitely be back. Thank you Pablo 😁

Le logement était parfait ! À savoir qu'il est au pas de la rue, donc si vous êtes sensible aux bruits et aux mouvements, ça peut être plus dérangeant. Si ce n'est pas un problème pour vous, rien à redire ! Le logement était propre, accessible, près de la vieille ville et de bons restaurants. Le quartier était mignon et Juana était une hôte très attentive.

We had 3 wonderful days here, the apartment is so spacious and comfortable. Lovely balcony looking out into the road to watch the world go by and we had all the amenities we needed. Fantastic location to walk everywhere and anywhere in Seville, and less than a 5 minute walk from Setas de Sevilla which looks so beautiful at night time. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with all queries and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend staying here, we will be back. 5*!

Una estancia fantástica el piso, igual que Web un lugar muy céntrico y limpísimo con todo esos detalles. Es un buen punto esté en un complejo donde hay reflexión a todas horas y pueden guardar las maletas. José Pedro estuvo en contacto con nosotros todo el tiempo para ayudarnos en nuestra estancia. Estamos muy agradecidos. Sin duda un lugar para volver.

L'appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une ruelle calme, à proximité de beaucoup de commerces et de cafés/restaurants. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Nacho mais la communication avec lui a été très facile. Il est extrêmement réactif et sympathique L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, ce qui est pratique en cas d'arrivée tardive ou de départ matinal comme cela a été notre cas. Enfin le chauffeur de taxi recommandé par Nacho était efficace et fiable !

Appartement moderne et confortable, nous avons particulièrement apprécie la terrasse. Le logement est bien situé a proximité du centre mais cependant dans un quartier calme et agréable. Nous recommandons.

We had an amazing time at Carlo’s apartment. it was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. My wife especially appreciated the conditioner, the body cream, and the makeup remover. The outdoor patio was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Seville!

We felt at home in the apartment. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even more. The apartment was fully equiped and super clean, bigger and brighter than expected. We especially enjoyed being able to fully rest thanks to the confortable bed, very quiet environment and good shutter which allowed complete darkness in the bedroom. Check in/out was super easy and thanks to the flexible host we could enjoy Sevilla early without the burden of our suitcase. Even if the main touristic attractions are about 20-30 min away, it is really nice to walk there as you pass by lively streets with beautiful buildings, nice shops and restaurants.

Manuel es una increíble persona, con muchas recomendaciones. El departamento esta limpio en condiciones excelentes. Una ubicación perfecta en el corazón de Sevilla para descubrir esta mágica ciudad. Muy cómodo para 4 personas, con check-in fácil, transporte público accesible. 5 estrellas y altamente recomendado.

This was our first time at Seville and we loved the neighborhood. We could walk 20-30 mins in any direction and could cover all the sights. Lots of bus stops at door step as we love travelling by public transportation. We liked the fact that the house was cool especially as the weather was really hot during the day. Anastasios was very responsive towards any questions we had and was always at hand to help. We totally recommend the place.

We had a great stay! Even though the apartment is in a very central area full of bars and restaurants, it was very quiet. The building’s central patio is also really charming. Highly recommended!

El apartamento fue de 10! No nos lo esperábamos tan increíble! Estaba absolutamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más, la cama era súper cómoda, el jacuzzi una locura, una estancia genial, la única pena que aún no estaba usable la piscina de arriba… Pero por lo demás todo perfecto! Y los anfitriones súper atentos y muy simpáticos ante cualquier duda! Muchas gracias!

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

L’appartement d’Arman est un peu vieux et mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Cependant, nous nous y sommes vite habitués et il a des qualités très appréciables, il est formidablement bien placé, à distance de marche de tout ce qui est intéressant à Séville. Et sa plus belle qualité c’est Arman, probablement l’hôte le plus réactif, efficace et sympa de toutes mes expériences sur Airbnb. En outre, il m’a donné le meilleur conseil pour Séville que je transmets aux futurs locataires : ne prenez pas de voiture ! Se garer est impossible, les rues sont minuscules et tou est à proximité.

Lovely place, on 4 floors with beautiful marble flooring throughout. Maria Aurora was very helpful when we arrived at the property, responding quickly to queries. The space was clean and comfortable, the facilities were good. The hot tub was great, after a day exploring Seville. Easy walking to all the major sights, supermarkets, great bars and fabulous restaurants. Thank you.

Great location in Seville with a very friendly host and a beautiful apartment. The outdoor terrace was pleasantly bigger than we thought it would be, and the outdoor jacuzzi made for a nice relaxing evening after walking around all day. You can tell that Elena wants a personal touch to ensure you have everything you need, and to make sure you know exactly how everything works to avoid any issues. We REALLY appreciated being able to store our bags before and after our stay. It made things much easier for us.

Beautiful clean apartment with a perfect, central location in Seville. Easy to access all the local attractions and restaurants. The private roof space and hot tub really was the cherry on top of the holiday! The team were all also very friendly and responsive which made the whole stay completely stress free. I would highly recommend!
