Samos: aluguel por temporada com lareira

Öncelikle bize sunulan deneyim için onlara teşekkür etmek isterim. Rezervasyondan önce ve evde kaldığımız sürece bize gerekli olan bilgileri tek tek anlattılar. Burası bir taş ev ve çevresinde sizden başka kimse yok. Güzel bir bağ evi. Eğer sessiz ve sakinlik arıyorsanız burası sizin içindir. Evin konumu köy içinde ve eve ulaşmak için taş bir yoldan arabayla 4-5 dakika kadar gitmeniz gerekiyor. Evin yürüme yolunua çıktığınızda ise ahşap bir köprü üstünden kuş cıvıltılıları eşliğinde devam ediyorsunuz. Evin içine girdiğimizde ise normalden farklı, etkileyici ve konforlu bir alan karşılıyor bizi. Her yer düzenli ve temiz bu konuda şüpheniz olmasın. Ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi. (Burasının bir stüdyo ev olduğunu unutmayın.) Tekrardan Samos Adasına gelecek olsam burada kalırdım. Tekrardan görüşmek dileğiyle. Teşekkürlerler.

Wir haben eine Woche Mitte Oktober im wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Katerina wohnen dürfen, und wir haben das wirklich sehr genossen! Das Haus ist ganz neu, sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und blitzsauber! Im Untergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten und ein kleines Bad. Die Küche ist großzügig und sehr gut eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr zweckmäßig, haben wir aber nicht weiter genutzt. Das Highlight ( und der Hauptgrund, warum wir hier gebucht haben ) ist zweifelsfrei die wunderbare Dachterrasse. Über eine schmale Wendeltreppe (hier sollte man schwindelfrei sein) geht es nach oben mit einem großartigen Blick über den Hafen, das Meer und die Berge. Hier haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht, gelesen, geschlafen, Musik gehört, erholt 😎 Das Dorf Ormos ist sehr schön und super entspannt. Jetzt im Oktober war aber schon sehr viel geschlossen, Saisonende. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank für alles!

La casa è meravigliosa, il panorama è bellissimo. Siamo stati molto bene. La strada sterrata non presenta problemi e può essere percorsa da qualsiasi auto ma è molto ripida nel tratto di accesso alla casa e la salita è meglio farla da soli. Se si arriva tardi è meglio procurarsi del cibo perché i negozi sono lontani. I proprietari ci hanno dato un appuntamento e ci hanno accompagnato a casa. Molto gentili tutti. Grazie

Villa Ismini was great! We stayed here as a 4p-family and could not feel more like home. It is exactly like the pictures and description, if not even better. Full of antique and beautiful furniture, as well as an amazing backyard with shade & terrace under sunlight with a sea view. Kitchen was equiped with everything we need and there are 3 fridges for cold water that can be reached easily from every room in the house! We got our keys along with a detailed Samos advices. Just couple of minutes walking and you can dive into clear water. Everything was more than perfect, our hearts stayed in Samos... On top of all these, I have been all over Europe, staying at airbnb houses and have not encountered anything even remotely close to this price/quality ratio. I can only wish that this amazing villa will host guests who will be as respectful as it deserves. Thank you!

Had the most wonderful time in Samos! Yiannis was a wonderful host - super responsive, left us delicious treats, and gave the best recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We could not have asked for a better trip

We rented the house for 2 months. I was working on Samos and my wife and 3 children were with me. It was a perfect place for our needs. Maria helped us accommodate for homeschooling and my home office. Our host was most helpful and informed us of local events and happenings. This made us feel included in the local community. All arrangements and facilities were as described. We were there during autumn months and the host always made sure we had everything we needed during the transition of seasons/temperature. It was the perfect place for a long stay. We will miss the place we felt became our home away from home. We can highly recommend staying at this place for vacation or staying for work.

Vi blev välkomnade med drycker (inkl vin) i kylskåpet, samt frukter. Lyxigt för oss att få städat och bäddat varje dag. Bad, disk och dusch handdukar byttes vid behov. Även badrockar fanns att tillgå. Det var en härlig känsla att gå till det närliggande, härliga havsbadet iförda badrockar :). Georgia var mycket vänlig och ville verkligen att vi skulle få det bra under vår vistelse. När vi frågade Georgia om tips på restauranger, resmål mm var hon mycket villig att delge oss det. Lägenheten trivdes vi mycket bra med. Tyst och lugnt område men ändå mycket nära till butiker och restauranger. Vi älskade verkligen att sitta på balkongen och njuta av den härliga havsutsikten. Morgon sol på balkongen och skugga för den som det önskar. Allt det vi behövde fanns i lägenheten (vi saknade inget förutom eventuellt en micro). Vi uppskattade verkligen att lägenheten var på andra våningen, kände oss trygga med det. Våra varmaste rekommendationer, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

Wir - 2 Erwachsene - waren zwei Wochen zu Gast im Appartement von Venetia. Das Appartement entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir hatten jede ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/Toilette. Das Bad ist klein und hat die typische Ausstattung mit einer niedrigen Duschwanne und dem Vorhang. Wir mögen die Challenge, beim Duschen keine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Hat geklappt! Die Küche und der Wohnraum waren für zwei Personen schön groß. Es war alles Notwendige da. Vom vorderen Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, dort ist es sonnig am Morgen. Wir hatten Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend für zwei Wochen. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig (Samos im Oktober). Vielleicht wäre es möglich, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ein- bis zweimal eine Art Grundreinigung z. B. für die Bäder zu bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Venetia buchen.

casa molto comoda , pulita e accogliente. Zona molto tranquilla, mare bellissimo a due passi, trattoria sul mare ad ottimi prezzi. Host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. spiaggia con servizi ed anche alberi, lettini a due euro. Mare splendido. samos, pitagorico ed altre bellissime spiagge a 10 - 20 minuti di macchina. serve sicuramente la macchina. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo rilassati, bella vacanza, bella atmosfera. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Es gab jede Menge Getränke und Obst im Kühlschrank und ein Blumenstrauß sorgte für eine freundliche Ankunft. Schön renovierter Altbau mit praktischer Raumaufteilung, perfekt klimatisiert. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig. Hauptsächlich der wundervolle Innenhof und die sensationelle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick haben uns 14 Tage lang begeistert. Über die üblichen kleinen Macken und Gebrauchsspuren haben wir gerne hinweggesehen. George war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alle Fragen unverzüglich und sehr zuvorkommend beantwortet. Wir haben es sehr geliebt und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

We had fantastic 4 days in this gorgeous house. The view of the house was incredible and it was super comfortable. Giorgios and Sofia (the owners of the house) were very hospitable and friendly. They answered every question of us and recommended very good places to go. We went to the most beautiful beaches in the town easily from the house as the location of the house was very convenient. There were good restaurants and taverns around the house. The neighborhood was also very satisfactory in terms of that. We had a lovely vacation in Samos and I think we made the best decision by staying in this fantastic house. Many thanks again to Giorgio and Sofia for everything. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect, with entrance everything was the same as our own home and freedom. The house is very useful, everything you need is avaiable, Private beach, sea, garden, everything was great, the only address you will choose when you come again, thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo’s beautiful villa! The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our visit. The house is on the beach where we enjoyed swimming after a day of exploring Samos. You can walk up the street and enjoy local restaurants or drive to Kokari, Pythagorio, or Karlovasi. For our check-in, Apollon met us at the house, explained all we needed to know, and supplied us with a few provisions to get started. Excellent host who I strongly recommend for your adventures in Samos! Five stars!

Exceeded expectations! Absolutely stunning location, perfect little house with everything you need and more! We loved the wuick access to the beautiful beahc onlt a shoet walk, on the way up is slightly steep but is very short and totally worth it. Hosts very attentive and go above and beyond for you.

The place is just in the heart of Kokkari. Just 2 mins to the beach by walk. Restaurants and bars are quite close. I didn’t know I was going to stay this close to the center. The house was quite clean and there are everything in it. We felt like at home. It has it’s own garden and furnitures. We couldn’t use the bbq but other’s can use it if they have time. Matthew is a nice person and responds so fast.
