Built in 1915, this historic loft features its original pressed-tin ceiling, and other vintage details with some modern upgrades, and a private open-air patio — a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, unwind with a book, or relax under the open sky. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. If you need a bit of retail therapy, Grand Island is only 20 minutes away. There you will find most everything including the Crane Trust, a crane sanctuary.

Just across the meadow is the Scotia Rec Hall with playground equipment.
