Great location, 1 garage space available for compact SUV size, was able to find parking in the front on the street as well (we had 2 cars). Lighting could be better (couple of the ceiling lights were not lit) living room was dim and Paris came in to fix one of the lamps that did not work. Paris very responsive with messaging. Overall great stay. A lot of walkable spots for food groceries, and sightseeing. Would stay again

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

The place was lovely and cozy. You feel right at home with all the amenities in the kitchen, and the flat is well furnished with a lovely deck. The lightening was fantastic. The neighborhood is cozy with local eateries, supermarket and other easy to walk everywhere. So, it is like visiting NYC and stay across the bridge in Brooklyn nicest neighborhood. This gave us the local feel which is important for the full experience. There were enough outlets, tv nice size and it looks exactly as the photos - no hidden surprises but rather gems. Thank you Pierre and yes thank you for the compliment. I leave everything as I rent it. Respect.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

It was my family and I’s first time in Montreal and we wanted to find a place that felt homey and comfortable, Elena’s house was perfect for us. We felt right at home, it’s a beautiful home and kept in very good condition, and the area is very beautiful. Elena is very kind and was very flexible and understanding of our situation when we needed to extend our stay. The house is a short walking distance from parks, shops, and restaurants it was very convenient and fun for us. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Calme, incroyablement beau la vue, l' espace de la maison intérieur et extérieur. La propreté des lieux.Les détails pour assuré le confort des visiteurs.Les bases essentielles d'une maison, tout y était. Le foyer. Salle de lavage. Animaux acceptés. L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants et des services. Merci énormément à nos hôtes.

Nous avons séjourné près de deux semaines avec nos deux enfants. Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, agréable et facilement accessible en voiture (avec toujours de la place à proximité) ; idéalement placé pour découvrir Montréal ! Fredy Alexander a été un hôte parfait et a toujours répondu à nos questions. Nous recommandons donc cette location !

Maxime’s place was perfect for our stay. It was very convenient- close to the metro, two parks, and a supermarket. It was easy to get downtown to see the sights, and I was glad that I could leave the car parked in one place for the entire trip. The beds were comfortable. Something visitors should know is that there is a deep bathtub. It could be nice for a relaxing bath, but it could be a little tricky for kids or anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of.

We were very happy staying here. The apartment was perfect, with comfortable beds, relaxing living room and roomy kitchen. It also has parking which is great. Overall, it worked well for us.

appartement spacieux, bien équipé et dans rue calme. des plus très importants : stationnement déneigé pour notre arrivée. et des condiments a disposition. un petit centre commercial très proche ainsi qu'une bouche de métro à 5mn à pied. tout pour faciliter notre séjour.

Joe was an amazing host. He provided clear and explicit instructions on how to check in and check out, which made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless. The location of his place is unbeatable, everything you could possibly need is just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll really appreciate this convenience, especially since driving in Montréal can be challenging at times. The parking garage was also very convenient, with easy access from both the back and front of the building. I have to say, the photos on the listing don’t even come close to capturing how incredible the place is in person. It was actually so much better than I expected. The space is stunning, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Joe truly has an amazing place, and beyond that, he’s a fantastic host who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here,you won’t be disappointed. I am definitely staying here again and recommending my friends!

Reba’s unit was very clean, and comfortable. The views from this unit were amazing! Lots of restaurants and stores were very walkable from this location. Photos were accurate. I would love to stay again!

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. Thank you for having us!

We’re very thankful to our host for everything he did to make our stay comfortable. He was quick to respond and always so thoughtful. When one of our friends got sick very late at night, he brought us medicine, which we really appreciated. Even on New Year’s Eve, he came over to fix the dishwasher with no hesitation. He also checked in to see how our friend was feeling afterward. Thank you so much for your kindness and support Jean!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Jonathan pour notre rencontre familiale annuelle. La maison était parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins, spacieuse, propre et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Jonathan a été un hôte exceptionnel, très attentif et proactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui a été un véritable atout avec les températures de 30 degrés et plus. Elle a offert une belle oasis de fraîcheur pour toute la famille. L'ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale de la maison a contribué à faire de cette réunion de famille un moment inoubliable. Qiang was a great host. He made check-in easy and didn’t have a ton of rules as I have experienced at other homes. It was so peaceful we all slept well and there was plenty of space for my large family. Thank you Qiang!
