Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage (sans ascenseur), il domine le domaine de ski alpin de la station des Rousses. Sur place vous aurez accès à l'ESF, aux locations de ski, aux remontées mécaniques et aux caisses pour les forfaits mais aussi à des restaurants et de nombreuses randonnées.
