This updated townhouse is a 4 minute walk to the beach while it sleeps six adults without anyone having to sleep in the living room. The bathroom offers an amazing shower experience and you can easily wash all the sand and salt water off after spending the entire day on the beach. This is in the heart of PCB with a local grocery store less than a half a mile away. This townhouse has everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach including cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys.

Open wide spacious floor plan that’s very roomy with floor to ceiling windows and a 40 ft tiled balcony with lots of seating to observe sea life and the most beautiful sunsets. Two gulf front pools, two hot tubs and a kiddie pool. On the pool deck we have a tiki hut where you can get drinks and food(seasonal), lounges, deck chairs and a gazebo with picnic tables. Relax with the whole family. Peaceful place to stay. Free resort access wrist bands. Please leave 6 at the end of your stay even if broken they are $50 each if lost. Beach chairs & umbrella rentals not included. Please bring your own chairs unless you intend to rent from Coastal & don’t forget beach towles. One free parking pass per guest. Additional pass available for $25 except only one space allowed per unit from Memorial Day until Labor Day to ensure each unit has a parking spot.

No pets, no smoking, and at least one guest must be 25 or older. The unit includes 2 canvas beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach (March 1 - Nov 1).
