This brand new construction second floor one bedroom condo accommodates up to 2 guests. The unit is close to local hiking trails. Step Falls Preserve, Mount Will recreation area, Grafton Notch State Park, Sunday River Ski resort Mount Abram ski area and the Appalachian trail are all close by. The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning. The bathroom has heated floors. Please turn them down to 45 upon checkout. The bedroom has a queen size bed.

Looking for direct access to adventure? This is it! Space for 10 means 2 families easily fit. Trail access is just a few steps away, straight to the super quad. Want to start slower? Try the shuttle to the village! Need to unwind at the end of the day? Downstairs family room provides large couch, tv, games, puzzles, etc for the kids while the adults enjoy some quiet time in the upstairs kitchen/living room. Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.
