Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Jelly Belly Factory, golf and Six Flags Amusement park are all within a 15 minute drive. We are 45 miles from San Francisco in one direction and 45 miles from Sacramento in the other direction.

Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

Relax in this newly built log cabin on over 3 private acres of land at an elevation of 4,300 ft. The 1350 square foot cabin has a large master loft with a large private bathroom and media area. The loft also has a balcony that gives you amazing views of the surrounding trees and is the perfect place to listen to birds and watch wildlife. The cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, best friends, or an individual looking for a personal retreat in the forest. Dogs are welcome!

Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.
