Burgh Castle has beautiful scenic walks where you can explore the historic ruins and walk along the broads. There are beautiful views where you can see for many miles in the distances and some ideal spots to watch the sun rise and sunset. It is located a twenty-minute walk or five-minute drive from the property.

A traditional fish and chip shop, just a five-minute drive from the property. I have been going there for many years and it is undoubtedly the best chippy in the area - you won't be disappointed!

Bradwell is a quiet, semi-rural village, on the outskirts of the busy town of Great Yarmouth. There are multiple scenic walks within very short distances and multiple local shops within a few minutes drive. It is situated a five to ten minute drive from Great Yarmouth seafront and Gorleston seafront. A bus route does operate through the main roads of Bradwell. It is also located just a ten minute drive from the main arterial routes to Norwich and London.

Public Transport

Whilst public transport does run through the village of Bradwell, it is not as regular as the very near-by Gorleston, which generally runs buses to Great Yarmouth every fifteen-minutes. The closest bus-stop to the property is a two-minute walk away. Driving from Bradwell to Great Yarmouth will generally take between five and fifteen minutes, depending on the time of day and the levels of traffic. There are multiple local taxi firms which cover the area, although these can be quite expensive. Should you wish to walk to Great Yarmouth, it would take approximately thirty minutes.
