This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

Alojamiento recientemente reformado de manera excelente. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. El piso tiene absolutamente de todo. La zona está alejada del centro, pero está bien comunicada y es tranquila.

Nous avons ADORÉ l’appartement spacieux, très bien agencé et surtout complet. la cuisine est entièrement équipée de tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. la literie comme le canapé sont hyper confortable. le balcon est top avec une vue bien plus impressionnante et belle en vraie. De quoi se garer gratuitement et au pied de la résidence. Sans oublier Vanessa qui est ADORABLE.

Great place, what an excellent location. I stayed there for the Ironman event in April and it suited us perfectly. Well equipped apartment. One of the bathrooms is very small and some noise in the night but nothing too bad. Thanks Sergio!

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Ho messo 5 stelle a tutto perché sono super meritate. Alloggio perfetto, host perfetto, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Malvarosa, 5 minuti a piedi ed eravamo in riva al mare. Meglio di così, non ho mai trovato!!!! Grazie Abel

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Notre séjour chez José Roman s est très bien passé. L appartement est très beau, propre, très bien équipé et frais (parfait pour les grosses chaleurs!!) José Roman est très accueillant et fort de propositions et de petites attentions. L appartement est bien situé à proximité de la place et a 10mn du centre en vélo (les pistes cyclables sont géniales!!! Il y a un loueur de vélo à 2mn). Le seul bémol c est que les murs sont fins et les voisins étaient malheureusement très bruyants tard le soir et tôt le matin (déplacement de meubles, portes qui claquent et même visseuse à 23h) mais c était sans doute inhabituel car les autres commentaires ne l avaient pas mentionnés)

Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

We verbleven hier 4 nachten. Het appartement was comfortabel en Angel was een proactieve en behulpzame host. Heel dicht bij het strand en met bus of fiets niet ver van het centrum

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung. Juan ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hilft bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig direkt am Park, so dass wir direkt morgens im Park joggen konnten. Die U-Bahn ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch stellt Juan zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Stadt mit dem Rad erkundigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Juan.

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nos recibió el padre de Roberto y fue muy amable ayudándonos a subir las cosas.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.
