As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.

The house is perfectly situated to explore the Istrian peninsula - you will reach all points of interest, including Motovun, Groznjan, Rovinj, Pula.. to mention only a few... within 30min by car. We look forward welcoming you with a glass of wine or local liquor. Check in 24/7 possible, and breakfast is available at request (19EUR/person).
