Self contained contemporary studio in the garden of a late 19th century terraced cottage in the historic seaside village of Rottingdean. Enjoy the city of Brighton whilst staying in peace and tranquillity near the countryside and a nature reserve. Self catering with free street parking, outside seating in secluded part of main garden, wifi and TV. Close to bus stops to the centre of Brighton. 10 mins drive to Brighton, 20 mins to the ferry port of Newhaven and 35 mins to Gatwick.

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
