The wonderful coastline and its castles, Hadrian's Wall, the wild Cheviot Hills and Scottish Border are all within easy reach. Locally there are lots of picturesque walks in the stunning National Park and Cragside is just a mile away. Rothbury boasts several independent shops, pubs, galleries, and restaurants with a regular bus service to Alnwick, Morpeth, and beyond.

The Coach House provides secluded accommodation on a West facing hillside with lovely views of the Cheviot Hills. Set in a very quiet location on the edge of the moors, ideal for walking, cycling, bird watching, castles, fishing, touring or just chilling. The cottage has an enclosed garden and large sundecks where you can eat, drink and even cook (barbeque chiminea) outside and watch the sun go down over the distant horizons of the Cheviots and the Otterburn ranges.
