It is located in a quiet, shaded and private neighborhood within 3 miles of popular Canton Street in Roswell, where there are many awesome and varied restaurants, art galleries, boutiques & consignment shops, all located in an historic and quaint downtown setting. Relax on the porch swing from the screened-in porch overlooking an expansive back yard. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a family room, keeping room, living room & screened-in porch.

1940's era-2 story cottage. Upstairs unit was renovated in late 2017 & offers a full apt with bed, bath, full kitchen, Den, washer, dryer & private deck.
