This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, while the laundry has a washer & dryer for longer stays. We provide 50mbps fibre NBN and a giant 75" TV for movie nights. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

A short hop to the Derwent River Esplanade Walk (GASP) picnic areas, Yacht Club, shops, Derwent Entertainment Centre (Mystate Arena), River and Mountain views to be enjoyed while on your quiet riverside stroll. Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.

This is a lovely converted barn in Moonah, great for families, groups or a private getaway. It's part of a historic property and was converted in the 1950s. It's recently had a complete makeover - with polished hardwood floors, and a beautiful gardens. We've also got a wood-fired Huon pine sauna for guests to enjoy!
