La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

L’esterno comprende un ampio giardino con piscina e un gazebo con barbecue immerso nel verde per piacevoli grigliate in assoluta tranquillità. La residenza si sviluppa su tre livelli: primo piano e mansarda per gli ospiti e piano terra riservata ai proprietari, presenti con discrezione e sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza.
