Excelente estancia, el lugar super tranquilo y familiar, muchas albercas y acceso a la playa, Frank es una personas orientada a la satisfacción del cliente y lo recomiendo ampliamente, gracias por estar al pendiente!, el condo muy limpio y como muchas amenidades!... thumbs up!

The gated community was amazing. The security was amazing, they were friendly and on top of their jobs. The community was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The house was exactly as Mark/Zach have on their profile. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Staying at Diane's place was nothing short of incredible. All of the bedrooms and living rooms were clean, spacious, and home-y. The view from the balcony isn't a full panoramic view of the ocean, but still visible enough to have some morning coffee and appreciate the beauty of it / get a good sense of the waves/break. I was seriously impressed by the amount of kitchenware for cooking (even had a cast iron). Beyond the space, Diane was an incredibly caring and attentive host with incredibly quick response times to help us with any of our questions. Would highly recommend this place + come back again. Thanks again Diane!

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

Alexei is the host with the most! By far the most helpful generous Airbnb host I have ever encountered. The home itself is wonderful, comfortable, and clean. I immensely enjoyed the colorful happy home! We loved sitting outside with the gas fire pit, watching the sunset and the waves. Gaviotas as a community has a ton of rules though so read them over prior to booking to ensure all aligns with your needs.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. We absolutely loved this place. We wanted to land in a place that was dog friendly, walkable to the beach and that’s exactly what you get here. The house is beautiful, everything was super clean, love the location and the house. It truly felt like home. Also de host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, extremely pleased!!

We went for a cousin getaway and 11 of us. Had a great time at this home, there was plenty of space for more than all of us and everything was safe and a great area. The house is huge very comfortable. Would definitely stay again thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Jesus R.

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

This is called the Feynman house because Richard Feynman (yeah the Nobel winning quantum physicist) built it. It's incredible in a peaceful under-stated way. The pictures can't do it justice. How do you take pictures of an aura? I have traveled Baja for 50 years. I own a home on the Sea of Cortez side. I say this so you take me seriously when I say... This is by far the best rental on the Pacific Coast. It really doesn't matter where you look, there's nothing like this home.

Es un lugar perfecto para hacer hermosas memorias con la familia y amigos, la vista simplemente hermosa, el area de albercas simplemente genial. Si eres de las personas que te gusta relajarte, tener una buena platica, hacer una rico asado escuchar musica con un volumen respetuoso en un lugar limpio y agradable y compartir con los demas este es el lugar perfecto. Pero si te gusta la musica con un volumen alto y el baile extravagante, el escándalo, el desorden los gritos etc, ESTE NO ES EL LUGAR PARA TI, peerooo por su exelente ubicación estas en medio entre la zona centro que solo esta a 10 minutos donde encontraras toda esa diversión y de puerto nuevo donde encontraras riquísima comida y mucha diversión que tambien está a solo 10 minutos para regresar a descansar a este hermoso lugar.

Rosalba is one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. She deserves great things coming to her in life for how kind she is and welcoming she made her home. I would stay here 10 times over again. Beautiful house and great location. I recommend 100/100 for anyone trying to get away for a weekend.

The condo was amazing. The view and listening to the ocean at night was perfect. The picture did not do any justice you have to see it in person. Be careful driving to the unit cause the cops are watching tourist but beside that I would love to go back the store right net door. Its a beautiful place to visit.

This is my second time staying at this condo! I love the location and the scenery is a must. The building staff and security are very nice and helpful as well. The condo is close to downtown and it is easy to get taxis in this location. I definitely recommend staying here.

loved the place! The kitchen was beautiful as well as the bathroom. Easy access to the pool since it was located right on the first floor. All my guests loved how spacious it was. Will definitely come again. Maribel was also really responsive towards any questions I had and very accommodating 10/10!
